Template Set  : #4 Maple PHP

Installation Notes
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This template set is identical to the default Maple template set (#1),
but with all includes using PHP syntax, i.e.:

	<?php include('$publishdir_filepath$$file_categories$'); ?>

Your server must have PHP installed, and be configured to parse PHP 
includes from documents with a .php extension.

To use this template set, you must make the following changes:

1) Login to the program and change your publish extension to .php 
   (If you have existing published files, you may need to remove them manually
   for your index.php file to be recognized.)

2) Ensure that you have Dynamic Page Rendering (in Setup Options: General)
   set to "Resolve SSIs and Server-side Scripting"

3) Publish All.
