Installation Notes
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This template set features a list of category tabs across the top of
the interface. Because of this it can't be used on sites that make 
use of subcategories. In order to have the global category tab 
("Front Page")appear to be "on" on the global index and "off" on all 
the category index pages we need to use two templates.

The reason for this is because the "global category" does not appear in
the category list by default and must be added manually to the template
in order for it to appear.

index/default.html - is the default template and will be used by the
global article index page.  It includes HTML to show the global category
tab as "on".

index/category.html - is exactly the same as the above template except
the global tab is shown as "off". This is the template that should be
used for any additional categories.

When configuring or modifying any categories in the "Category Editor"
be sure to set the "Category Index Page" template to "index/category.html".
