Our Mission in Korea...

Begun in 1985 the Korean mission has four Irish Capuchins living in a house in the heart of Soeul. There are four Korean postulants and, because of these students, there are plans to open a second house as Novitiate in 1994.

Final Professions in Korea: On April 8th Brs. Stephen Kim and Francis Mary Kang became the first Korean Capuchins to make Perpetual Profession. They are pictured here with our Provincial Br. Dermot Lynch.
